Land and Building Survey

From Topographic to existing building survey, Beyond provides the proper documentation for all different project stages, allowing accurate resources that reduce construction deviations. Equipped with total station, GPS, drone and laser scanning tools, we are able to deliver from traditional 2D representation to high quality point cloud data, with an accuracy reaching up to 0.01%.

Photogrammetry

Using authorised drone flight, this tool is ideal for large areas with difficult access, whether because of topography or vegetation, creating a 3D mesh that can be edited or used raw.

Construction Levelling

With an extreme territory growth and construction boom in the past decades, it is of the outmost importance to monitor frequently buildings and infrastructures. We provide a regular survey with detailed report, according to the client’s needs and construction type, supported by high-end market equipment.
